Projects

New Old Friends have completed their first run of their debut show MATE. It went better than anybody could have predicted, but more of that on it's dedicated page.

Josh has now completed filming a solo project, SHOOTOUT, with MEB Productions. The film is a short piece (viewable here) but Josh has already begun work extending it into a feature length production. He has also recently finished working as producer/DoP with RJG productions alongside Richard Jago. Their initial project is titled Dark Revolution; a television series with a twist on the usual Vampire genre. Filming for the Dark Revolution pilot took place in July. Feargus took an acting role in the production.

Feargus is not resting on his creative laurels either, he is soon to film two short films with MEB Productions, as well as develping ideas for a feature, a new stage-show and has now completed the pilot episode for a sit-com. The sit-com is called Mate-ing and is loosely based on MATE it  is about to be submitted to various prouction companies for consideration. The feature has the working title Cinnamon Sugar which is an old idea of Feargus' that never saw the light of day, put simply it's a comedy about an aspiring band. The stage-show is likely to be the next thing from New Old Friends ready for public inspection, in it's current form it's a sketch show. A working title of The Post-Postal Generation has been attatched, and the show is basically a repository for all the gags that were either too surreal, incongrous or just needed too many bodies, to be crammed into MATE. The show will require a far larger cast, get your CV's in now!
