Crimes On the Nile

Following on from the spectacular success of the 2018 tour of Crimes Under the Sun, we are delighted to be taking another Agatha-Christie inspired comedy-thriller out on tour around the country.

Belgian detective extraordinaire, Artemis Arinae, is set to enjoy a holiday cruise along the river Nile when tragedy strikes once more. All the passengers and staff aboard are suspects, and the murder count is growing, will Arinae’s little grey cells identify the murderer in time?

Award-winning theatre company New Old Friends present Crimes Under the Sun, a comedy thriller directed by James Farrell (Associate Director – The 39 Steps, West End). A cast of just four perform multiple outrageous characters, inventive set pieces and whisk the plot along in a romp

“A mesmerising mix of murder, mayhem and laugh-out-loud comedy… echoes of those word-play specialists the Two Ronnies.” –  **** The Stage (on Crimes Against Christmas)

“Hugely entertaining… terrific fun” **** The Scotsman (on The Falcon’s Malteser)
